The Keborian Codes Against Acts Deemed as Unlawful By the Stadshus and the Emperor of the Second Commonwealth of Keboria

As Written by the First Session of the Stadshus Year 27 Day 39

Preamble:

The Second Commonwealth of Keboria is charged with the protection of the rights of its citizens as outlined by the Regional Charter and the following laws and statues included in this document.

Article One ~~ Voting Rights

  1. The Crown and/or the Stadshus cannot under any pretext force you to cast your vote in any direction in the House of the Collective.
  2. You cannot be punished for using your spawnright two votes against the will of the crown.
  3. You are granted one vote in the Stadshus for domestic affairs.
  4. You are granted a seat in the Herrans Kammare if you are a Commissioned Protector of the Commonwealth and entrusted with the protection and development of a given swath of land.
  5. You are granted a seat in the allmänningskammare if you do not meet the aforementioned two prerequisite conditions but are still a member of the commonwealth.

Article Two ~~ Theft

  1. There is no acceptable pretense for the theft of other members’ items.
  2. If you are caught taking materials that are not yours you will be tried in the Stadshus and domestic courts.
  3. If you think items were stolen from you alert the Stadshus with a detailed description of the items and an approximation of the time they were taken.

Article Three ~~ Development

  1. Keboria is above all else vested in protecting the individual man’s right to creativity.
  2. There are some areas the Stadshus seeks to protect and regulate in order to preserve their natural originality and beauty.
  3. The Emperor is able to classify areas as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB’s) and Areas of Restricted Development (ARD’s) ; these are only to be used to protect nature rather than restrict the player.
  4. Terraforming is restricted to five blocks in +/- height and replacement blocks can only be chosen if they are naturally visible within two chunks.

Article Four — Royal Lineage

  1. The current ruling house, Merit, is charged with the role of Emperor of the Commonwealth and as such is the Monarch of the Keborian Constitutional Monarchy.
  2. In the case that the emperor is with a child that child no matter gender will be vested as the heir to the throne and in the case there are other children and the heir dies, the next oldest will be named heir to the throne.
  3. In the case an emperor dies without heir the fate of the throne will rest in a super majority vote in the Herrans Kammare from one within their ranks and a confirmation by simple majority in the allmänningskammare.

Article Five ~~ Trespassing

  1. All lands in Keboria are free to roam by Keborian citizens unless otherwise stated.
  2. Illegal activities in states other than your own will be treated as an instance of international trespassing and subversion and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by the Höga Delstatslagar.

Article Six ~~ Land/ Charters

  1. If you are interested in keeping a state, land will be given to you by the emperor and the emperor alone, any land given by a power excluding the emperor will be deemed as illegitimate.
  2. Your land is yours to do with as you please so long as you follow the overlying statues stated earlier in this document.

Article Seven ~~ Religion

  1. The state is not allowed to impose religion or discriminate based on religious beliefs outside the ones of the state religion, Catthology. 
  2. You are allowed to form a religion so long as it does not contain smut or is specifically designed to hamper other realm members beliefs.

Article Eight ~~ Resources

  1. Resource rights on commonwealth lands are automatically forfeited to the land’s domestic ruler.
  2. All mined resources are on a first come first serve basis, what you mine cannot be claimed or taken by another player or the government without your consent.
