It is imperative that we as a collective regional government protect the natural environment in which we live in. The regional government has a responsibility to regulate an individual’s ability to transform the landscape around them. This is not meant to detract from the ensured creative liberties of a given person, but rather protect the land in which they exercise that right. The goal of this document is to establish a clear and definable extent of change a player can afflict on the natural landscape.

1-1: A player may not add or detract a surface volume greater than five blocks.

1-2: “Block swaps” or replacing a visible material with another is only allowed if the replacement is readily visible within four chunks.

1-3: Natural formations such as hills, ravines, and others cannot be extensively altered aside from the easily distinguished requirements of construction.

1-4: Exceptions to this rule may be granted if a supermajority vote is achieved in the House of the Collective.

Failure to follow these articles would result in the suspension of build privileges and a prison sentence of no greater than one week. A simple majority in the House of the Collective is required for this act to pass.
