An Act to Define Bannable Offenses

It is imperative that as a Collective Regional Government ensure that banishment, the most severe punishment, can only occur in the most extreme cases.

1-1 Banishment can only occur when the offender has made a clear and verifiable threat, or a notable and substantial level of damage to another players property and/or domicile

1-2 This punishment must be given by a Court and approved by a supermajority in the Collective.
