A Law to Democratize the Induction of new Members to the Collective

It is imperative that we as a Collective Regional Government each have a say in the joining of new members. No member should join if they’re not approved by popular vote
1-1: All prospective members must, before joining, be approved by the Collective.

1-2: Prospective members may, if requested by at least two members of the Collective, be brought in to testify.

1-3: Induction requires a simple majority in the Collective.
