As Proposed By The Department of Legal Record and Counsel
The Department of Legal Record and Council sees it fit, after reading through previous laws and cases, to call for all those who’ve committed crimes listed in the Regional Charter as-well-as broken shared laws in each nations respective codes be extradited back to the country where the offence was committed. This is to ensure that due legal processes are able to be taken in both the eyes of the Ministry of Justice and respective legal bodies.
A1:S1 ~ Both the Second Commonwealth of Keboria and the Kingdom of Kosforr are required to establish extradition codes adhering to the spirit of this law before year 45 A.T.
A1:S2 ~ Extradition may only be requested if committed actions are ubiquitously deemed illegal by the Regional Charter and both respective legal codes.
A1:S3 ~ Extradition may be requested by either the Second Commonwealth of Keboria or the Kingdom of Kosforr, and their case pleaded before the Ministry of Justice’s High Court.
A2:S1 ~ Extradition may not be pursued or acted upon unless the High Court rules it acceptable in the spirit of the Regional Charter and/ or other laws and codes.
A2:S2 ~ It is required that the state harboring the accused fugitive transport and deliver the criminal within ten days of a ruling by the High Court.
A2:S3 ~ Extradition may not be requested for already settled cases or cases currently pending in the High Court or the respective state courts.
A3:S1 ~ If states do not cooperate with the High Court’s extradition orders, their leader may be tried for contempt of court, treason against the House of the Collective, and otherwise be punished according to rulings and precedent set by the Ministry of Justice.
A3:S2 ~ If requested within five days of the extradition, states may be granted a one time fifteen day “grace-period” to further pursue their own criminal proceedings of the accused.
A3:S3 ~ States respective rulings or actions of the accused cannot tamper with the accused’s ability to be tried in courts outside their own until an extradition order is complete or is clearly and irreversibly denied.
A3:S4 ~ The Ministry of Justice is not able to try the accused during the period of extradition unless the House of the Collective (accused withholding) holds and passes a simple majority vote ordering they be tried by the High Court and subsequently be punished in accordance to the Regional Charter rather than respective state law.
