The Department of Legal Record and Counsel sees it fit to use all of the tools available to further advance the cause of justice in the realm. As such, this statute seeks to mandate immediate implementation of the “timeline” feature for all members of the realm. This feature allows the House of the Collective and, by extension the Ministry of Justice, to further improve the speed and accuracy of criminal charges and proceedings. 

A1:S1 ~ All previously inducted players and all future inductees are required to turn on the timeline feature within one calendar week of this statute’s passing.

A1:s2 ~ The Ministry of Justice is at liberty to use information gathered from the timeline in criminal proceedings to further attain whoever was or was not on the realm at the supposed time of the offense.

A1:S3 ~ No prosecuting authority has the right to use timeline data in cases previously or currently being deliberated.

A2:S1 ~ If players do not join the timeline service within the aforementioned week, they will have their right to build temporarily suspended and a hearing at the Ministry of Justice. If they, following their hearing, still do not agree to turning on the timeline, they will not be welcome in the realm any longer.
