Charter for the Establishment of a Realm Archival Committee 

Article One: Purpose 

A1:S1: This charter shall serve to establish a Realm Archival Committee 

A1:S2: This Realm Archival Committee shall consist of the Library of Simnaria and the Simnarian College of Arms 

A1:S3: The Realm Archival Committee shall be based out of Kosforr  

Article 2: The Library of Simnaria 

A2:S1: The Library of Simnaria shall maintain copies of all documents, texts, literature, and collected records of history. 

A2:S2: The Library of Simnaria shall be for the public benefit, and accessible to all  

Article 3: The Simnarain College of Arms 

A3:S1: The Simnarian College of Arms shall maintain records of the Coats of Arms and Heraldic Achievements throughout the realm, and issue them in accordance with its own policy. 

A3:S2: The services for the Simnarian College of Arms shall be publicly available.
