Charter for the Establishment of a Realm Defense Committee

Article One: Purpose

A1:S1: This charter shall serve to establish a Realm Defense Committee

A1:S2: This Realm Defense Committee shall provide for international security and defense

A2:S1: This Realm Defense Committee shall be hosted on Kosforri land

A2:S2: This Realm Defense Committee shall act under the orders of the Office of the Consulate, and be independent of any nation.

A2:S3: This Realm Defense Committee shall enforce the Regional Governments Law, put down rebellions and revolts, and secure fugitives.
