Charter for the Establishment of the Simnarian Department of Transportation

Article One: Purpose 

A1:S1: This charter shall serve to establish the Simnarian Department of Transportation.

A1:S2: The Simnarian Department of Transportation shall be based in Keboria.

Article 2: Responsibility

A2:S1: The DoT will be charged with the exclusive construction and maintenance of all infrastructure in the realm which includes but is not limited to roads, railways, and ghast ports.

A2:S2: Routes and the exclusive control of their beneficiaries is under the direct purview of the Simnarian Department of Transportation.
