The Department of Legal Record and Counsel is charge with the creation and maintenance of a complete legal library will all settled cases; passed, pending, and failed legislation; and all state specific legal documentation. As-well-as generating an Amicus Curiae for the High Court of the Ministry of Justice and acting as the prosecution in certain cases. This is in an effort to further streamline legal proceeding and precedent to allow all members of the realm to further understand the legal system protecting their actions. It is also important to note that the department is also charged with the drafting of legislation thought of in the House of the Collective drafting their proposals as “statutes.”
