The House of the Collective

The House of the Collective serves as the exclusive diplomatic forum for all realm communications. All members of the realm are anointed with two votes at spawn. All votes unless otherwise specified require a supermajority vote to pass. All ministries, departments, and committees have to in some form or another answer to the collective on their proceedings and funding.
