Charter for the Establishment of a Realm Bullion Committee

Article One: Purpose

A1:S1: This charter shall serve to establish a Realm Bullion Committee.

A1:S2: This Realm Bullion Committee shall consist of an independent board of governors and regional appointees.

A1:S3: The Realm Bullion Committee shall be based in Keboria.

A2:S1: The RBC will be charged with the responsibility of setting trade rates and issuing embargoes.

A2:S2: The RBC will be closed to all outside influence and will act completely autonomously.
